How much time will this take?
The Launch week will consume most of your champion’s time answering questions and coaching agents how to verify online. The next 60 days should require less than one day a week from a dedicated champion. Your champion’s time will be split between driving compliance and partnering with your client. After the first 60 days a typical Certificate Holder with 500 policies will require about an hour of review per week for your champion to maintain the account and drive compliance.
Does this application automatically approve certificates?
No, while the application will surface compliances gaps and make finding them quick and easy we believe there is not substitute for your knowledge and interpretation of the many proprietary forms and documents carriers often leverage.
